Well aware of the environmental threats our Islands now face, we have integrated a number of eco-friendly practices to our development.

- Our gardens are irrigated with recycled water
- Energy saving appliances and light bulbs are used throughout the homes
- Ceiling fans have been installed in every room making the use of AC an option, not a necessity
Our social environment also defines much of who we are, and we are proud to support local and regional artist communities.
Hand crafted doors and kitchen cabinets have been installed throughout all the Villas and Town homes.
Colorful Haitian paintings, iron artwork and sumptuously carved mahogany beds are also part of the décor, which we hope you will enjoy as much as we do.
